Epson XP-322 Review, Ink Cartridges Printer
Epson XP-322 Review
The factory put such a high expectation for the rated consumers on this epson xp-322 review. To reach it, the make this printer is low at cost, takes short time and small place to be located, and many other supporting features in aiming the home desktop users’ consumption.
To make the aim takes place, the factory put Epson Micro Piezo print head method in it, with the nozzles are 180 for black and 59 for each color as the configuration. It is such a pity to know that this printer wastes much ink, 3 picoliters can not be used anymore with epson xp-322 ink. But the ink used here is awesome, Clara Home Ink technology, which is known world wide as one of the best ink technologies all over the world. It is also able to print over 5760 dpi x 1440 dpi resolution. And the functions here, similar to other all in one printer, are print, scan, and copy.
When printing under ISO / IEC 24734 standard pattern, it takes 9 pages per minute for monochrome and 4.5 pages per minute on color. But on plain paper, this printer takes 33 pages per minute on monochrome and 15 pages per minute on color, and it also takes 38 seconds per 10 cm x 15 cm pgoto on Epson premium glossy photo paper. Perhaps for the color output, users could expect less, because it only has 4 major colors, magenta, yellow, cyan and also black. This makes the photo output seems the same as on plain paper output with Epson XP-322 driver.

When functioned as single sided scanner, it takes 7.2 miliseconds per line for monochrome and 14.3 miliseconds per line for each color on 600 dpi resolution, and it also takes 2.4 miliseconds per line for monochrome and 9.5 miliseconds per line for color scannind on 300 dpi resolution. The maximum size this scanning function can handle is over 1200 dpi x 2400 dpi, not so big actually, but pretty big for home desktop usage. Still, this printer uses Contact Image Sensor scanner type, similar to its other brothers.
Seems like copying is not one of its beneficial feature, since the official sites still gives no details of it. Pretty disappointing though.
Generally, this printer uses 13 W in standalone copying under ISO / IEC 24712 standard pattern and 1.6 W on sleep mode for the energy, with the supplied voltage between 220 V to 240 V AC. It is so light, only 4.2 kg, and so small, just 390 mm x 300 x 145 mm for the dimension, makes the goal of reaching home desktop users seems more possible to be reached.
